The 2025 abolition of the Labour Market Test means employers no longer need to prove local recruitment attempts, speeding up approval.
Croatia offers a 1-year standard work permit for €700 (€200 advance, €500 after), processed in around 60 days. Croatia is part of the Schengen Area with no annual work permit quota system, and a comparable-wage rule protects your pay. Roles are available in construction, industrial and hospitality sectors, and we manage the labour market opinion, permit filing and biometric residence card registration.
Romania has the fastest processing on our list — around 30 days — for its 1-year D/AM work permit, priced at €700 (€200 advance, €500 after). Approved permit holders skip the embassy interview entirely. Romania's 2026 quota allows 90,000 non-EU worker permits, prioritized for construction and industrial roles, with salaries of €600–€1,200/month across construction, driving, hospitality, security and logistics.
Hungary's Single Permit (residence + work authorization) costs €700 (€200 advance, €500 after) and typically takes 6–8 weeks to process, covering a 2-year term with the option to extend. Hungary's Guest Worker route addresses shortages in manufacturing, construction, logistics and food processing, and no Hungarian language test is required. Salaries start from the 2026 gross minimum wage of roughly €840/month, with higher rates for skilled roles.
Lithuania's work permit plus National Visa D route costs €700 (€200 advance, €500 after) and takes about 4–6 weeks combined for permit issuance and visa decision. For longer stays, a renewable Temporary Residence Permit (up to 2 years) is available instead. Salaries for standard roles range €1,400–€1,600/month gross, with demand strong in construction, agriculture, warehousing and manufacturing.
The GWSV is a 3-year seasonal work visa for experienced workers with at least 3 prior seasons in agriculture, winemaking, rural contracting, or snow tourism. Key benefits: no Labour Market Test (employers don't need to advertise locally), no English test requirement, long 3-year validity, and the ability to transition to other visa types. You must spend at least 3 months outside New Zealand per year. Total fee: €700 (€200 advance, €500 after visa).

The €200 advance is non-refundable at this stage, as it covers document preparation, employer matching, and filing work already completed. If we are unable to match you with an employer at all — before any government filing takes place — your €200 advance is fully refunded. Yes. After 4–5 months of working legally in Europe, our compliance team assists in converting your visa into a Temporary Residence Permit — valid for 1 year initially and renewable annually.

If we are unable to match you with an employer before any government filing has taken place, your €200 advance is fully refunded.
Once your file has been submitted to the relevant government authority (e.g. Voivodeship Office, NDGAP, IGI), the €200 advance covers the work already completed on your case — document preparation, employer matching, and filing — and is non-refundable in the event of a refusal. This is because these costs are incurred regardless of the outcome, which is ultimately decided by the government, not by us.
However, in the event of a refusal, we provide free support preparing a formal appeal to the relevant authority at no additional charge.
These terms are also confirmed in writing in the client agreement and invoice you receive before making any payment. If you have questions about your specific case, contact us on WhatsApp before paying the advance.
